Green Zone Refund & Returns Policy

1. No Exchange Policy

All products sold on Green Zone are non-exchangeable. We do not offer exchanges between different products or variations. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.

3. How to Request a Replacement

  1. Email our customer support team at help@greenzonelk.com with your order number, photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Our team will confirm your request and provide a return shipping label if needed.
  3. Once we receive the returned item (if applicable), we will ship your replacement within 3 business days.

4. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only issued if we are unable to provide a replacement for a defective or incorrect product within a reasonable timeframe. In such cases, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

5. Return Shipping

For faulty or damaged items, return shipping costs will be covered by Green Zone. Please use the pre-paid label we provide. For any other returns (e.g., if we are unable to replace the item), return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
